Pina Miele enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with the clinic. She brings warmth, organization, and many years of customer service experience to her role, ensuring each patient has a smooth and positive experience at LV Physiotherapy.

Bio

Pina Miele has been a valued member of the LV Physiotherapy team since 2017, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and many years of customer service experience to her role as Patient Experience Coordinator. Originally from Italy, she completed her Early Childhood Education Diploma before moving to Canada more than 46 years ago and settling in St. Catharines.

With a background in retail and customer service, Pina enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported when they contact the clinic. She assists with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients have a smooth and positive experience at LV Physiotherapy.

Pina is fluent in Italian and is always happy to assist patients in either language.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of work, Pina enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, baking, and going for walks during the summer.
