Hi there,
How are you doing? We hope youโve had a wonderful start to 2025! โจ
From all of us at LV Physiotherapy, weโd like to wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
We had a blast wrapping up 2024 with a fun twistโtrying out pickleball at our holiday party in December! ๐ Itโs easy to see why itโs one of the hottest activity trends right now.
As we settle into the winter months, staying active can be a bit more challengingโbut itโs also so important for our health and wellness ๐ช.
To help you out, here are 5 ways to stay active and healthy this winter:
- Try a winter sport like skating, snowshoeing, or skiing (or maybe pickleball indoors!).
- Bundle up and go for a walkโthe fresh air does wonders.
- Join a fitness class or the gym to keep your routine on track.
- Create a home workout plan for those cold, cozy days.
- Stretch and strengthen with physiotherapy-approved exercises to keep your body moving.
Staying active doesnโt just help your bodyโit boosts your mood too! ๐
