BIO

Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2007, and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2009. Born and raised in St.Catharines she returned home to grow her career. Courtney has many years of experience working in private practice in the city. She loves treating patients from head to toe, but has developed a special interest in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Courtney was the first Physiotherapist to bring Pelvic Health Physiotherapy to St.Catharines back in 2012, and has since grown the program in the region. No matter the area of concern, her knowledge of the entire body, allows her to consider the whole person in getting to the root cause of your symptoms. 

While Courtney has in the past spent countless hours playing hockey, curling, and hitting the gym. These days, her husband and her spend most of their spare time caring for their 2 wonderful children. Courtney most recently was the trainer on her daughter’s Ringette team. She does still find time to sneak away to go to the gym to stay strong and healthy.
