Bio

Courtney Pigott is a Registered Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Born and raised in St. Catharines, she returned to the Niagara region to build her career and has many years of experience working in private practice.

Courtney has a strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and was the first physiotherapist to bring this specialized service to St. Catharines in 2012. Since then, she has developed a deep referral network and has continued to expand pelvic health care in the region.

Through extensive continuing education in pelvic health, orthopedics, acupuncture, and pain science, Courtney takes a whole-body approach to treatment, helping patients uncover the root cause of their symptoms and achieve lasting recovery.

Outside the Clinic

Outside the clinic, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She has previously spent many years playing hockey, curling, and training in the gym, and most recently volunteered as the trainer for her daughter’s ringette team.

Fun Fact

Courtney shares her home with a very sassy bunny named Cookie who free-roams the basement but, according to Courtney, shows her absolutely no respect.
