Ashley graduated from Brock University with a degree in Kinesiology and graduated from York University with a certificate in Athletic Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist, through the CMTO, Ashley caters her massage to each client’s individual needs.

In her spare time she enjoys cycling, hiking and frisbee.
